OUR 7-STEP CLEANING PROCESS

Perth WA Carpet Cleaning specialises in the use of industry-leading, state-of-the-art, high-powered van-mounted extractors that are petrol-powered to give your carpets, tiles, and upholstery the best possible deep clean. These units are able to produce a maximum cleaning solution temperature of up to 104 degrees Celsius to maximise cleaning power and effectively cut through dirt, grease, and grime, kill any harmful bacteria, and eliminate allergens.

For jobs where using our van-mounted extractors is not possible (high-rise units and buildings with lift access), we will use an industry-leading 1200-psi extractor with an industry-leading vacuum motor which rivals many van-mounted extractors. However, where possible, we prefer utilising the van-mounted extractor to produce the best results.

Pre-Inspection

We assess the carpet’s condition, carpet fibre type, identify potential issues like stains or damage, and determine the best cleaning method.

Pre-Vacuuming

We thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove loose dirt, debris, and dust, preparing it for deeper cleaning.

Stain Treatment

We address any visible stains with appropriate spot treatments before proceeding with the main cleaning.

Pre-Spray Application

We apply a pre-spray solution to loosen dirt and grime, allowing for easier extraction.

Agitation

We agitate the carpet fibres to ensure the cleaning solution penetrates deeply and dislodges dirt.

Hot Water Extraction

We use a specialised machine to inject hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet , then extract the dirty solution and debris.

Final Inspection

We conduct a final inspection to ensure the carpet is clean and free of any remaining stains or issues.
